Fiberglass Needle Mat (ESONE Temp mat) is a needled and bonded glass fiber insulation flat blanket of well-proportioned density, which provides reliable and outstanding performance at heat up to 1200° F (650℃).

The standard thickness including ¼”, ½” , 1″ and others.

This ESONE mat offers superior sound absorption propertity and strong resistance to vibration without powdering. Fiberglass needle mat is also the important insulation component of the removable insulation blanket.

Teflon coated glass fabric 34oz, is using heavy weight fiberglass than 16.5oz or 18oz PTFE fabric. This Teflon fabric is designed for long lasting insulation jacket.

Compared to 16.5oz Teflon fabric, 34oz Teflon coated fabric has stronger tensile strength, is much more easier to be sewn, and last longer with more non stick coating.

Applications of Fluorin coated series include wrapping insulation for pumps, filters, exchange, pipeline, valves, freeze protection and so on, it’s wraped outside the insulation blanket, as this fabric is anti-aging, anti-chemical and anti-environment.

Different color is used for different application, such as steam pipeline, oil pipeline or gas pipeline.

Difference of Silicone coated fabric and PTFE coated fabric

Based on same satin weaved fiberglass fabric, silicone coated fabric and PTFE coated fabric has many same property, like low smoke, heat resistant, chemical & oil & water & environmental resistant.

But PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is more suitable for sever, outdoor, high temperature working environment, since PTFE fabric can work continuously under 600°F, and has better non stick surface (self cleaning in outdoor), also has better environmental resistance, so the lifetime will be longer than Silicone.

Relative to PTFE impregnated fiberglass fabric, Silicone coated Glass Cloth is more flexible, cost-effective, and has more color choice. It will be better solution for indoor, not high temperature, electrical industry.

Copper Clad Laminate(CCL) is a type of basic material of PCB, it is laminated with copper clad on both sides, and reinforced with resin soaked glass fiber fabric.

Due to the different classification standard, CCL can be classified into many kinds of categories:

★ Mechanical rigidity

Organic resin CCL, Ceramic-base CCL, Metal-base CCL

★ Thickness

Standard thickness CCL and thin CCL. The standard one is at least 0.5mm thick.

The common glass fiber fabric for CCL is 106, 1080, 2112, 2116, 1500 and 7628.

How to use PTFE Fiberglass Fabric

Plastic bag begin as plastic granules which are fed into machine, that heat and liquefied plastic. After that, thin plastic film will be extruded and rolled into a large roll. During the process of making plastic bags, the extruded poly film is formed, cut and sealed along three edges.

PTFE Fiberglass Fabric need to withstand high working temperature, and offer non stick surface to the plastic.
