Fusing Machine Belt, used for Hashima, Oshima, Meyer, Veit, Macpi Fusing Machines.

Fusing Machine Belt is designed for Fusing Press machines, Flat Type Fusing Press machines, Seamless machines, Heat-transfer Press machines and so on.

It is made of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, the basic fabric is weaved specially, has no joint and very smooth.

After weaving, this belt is coated with high quality PTFE, which ensure the super Non-stick surface of this belt.

Any impurity which will stick to the belt can be removed with ease so that the machines are always clean.

Teflon Fusion Belt can resist heat up to 260 degrees, and can be made into Anti-static surface to prevent electrostatic. Youngsun’ belt has very good quality and long lifetime.

What is the size of Fusing Machine Belt?

Teflon endless belt can be made into any sizes to match the machines.

For Hashima, like compact fusing press machine HP-450MS, Straight linear fusing press machine HP-600LF & HP-900LF & HP-1000LS, Double presser straight linear fusing press machine HP-1000LW and so on.

For Macpi, like continuous fusing machine 327.00, 327.10, 331 etc.

PTFE Laminated Belt is made from two piecs of PTFE Coated Glass Fabrics,laminate them together in high temperature and pressure without feeling the joint.

Why use it?

Taixing Youngsun have the most advanced weaven equipment from Germany,which can weaven the seemless fiberglass or Kevlar fabrics .

Compared to normal PTFE belts, PTFE laminated belt have higher mechanical strength needed for packing,laminating and fuing industry. Its endless design ensures flow of woven and non-woven materials through process.
