ESONE’s PTFE Casting Film is crafted entirely from pure PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) using a cast manufacturing method. This film can be produced as either a multi-layered or single-layer film, making it versatile for a wide range of applications. Due to the severe working environment like high oil and continuously pressing, frying & grilling machines have high request to the non stick conveyor belts. If the non stick & tear resistant properties of the PTFE coated fabric is poor, then the lifetime of the Teflon belts will be only several days.

This application has highly request for the following properties of Teflon belts.

As a PTFE fabric manufacturer, we need to offer high and stable qualified product, so that the output of the grilling machine can be maximized and the downtime can be minimized. In this case, our modified PTFE fabrics were produced, they are coated and laminated by special process, and they can meet the request of tortilla industry.

In order to help customers understand the key property of our PTFE modified fabric, we will introduce our production processes as follows.

Teflon coated fabric is coated with liquid PTFE, which is made of 60% solid PTFE content and 40% water, and the coating process is vertical processing as the left picture. Most of the water evaporated or flowed down during coating, but few water evaporate will go up together with PTFE and explode when sintering with 390°C / 734°F! After the explosion of water evaporate, pin-holes (crators) will be generated! Like the following picture. Which means this explosion part is not Anti-Stick!

ESONE use special formulated PTFE liquid and special coating process to avoid the water explosion. We will minimize the coating time so that the mechanical strength of PTFE fabric can be enhanced, and the coating adhesion can be guaranteed.

In order to improve the sealing, release and hardness property, ESONE will heat laminate & calender PTFE coated fabric during the coating process. By applying this process, the crators will be filled up and the surface will be excellent smooth.

Stringer Belts are laminated with 2 layers of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, which is continuous running straightly, has higher dimensional stability, longer lifetime and better performance than normal PTFE belt.

This belt is designed for tabber and stringer machine, which can withstand high working temperature, has easy release surface, and the holes can be customized punched in order for a constant vacuum.

Teflon coated fiberglass cloth can be laminated with multi layers PTFE fabric, which will highly enhance the tensile strength than normal Teflon coated fabric.

Why use Multilayer laminated Teflon coated fiberglass cloth?

PTFE laminated fabric is laminated by two or more layers PTFE coated fabrics, which has much higher tensile strength and tear strength than normal PTFE fabric.

Applications of laminated Teflon coated fabric

1) Curing of Rubber and Polymer

Laminated Teflon coated fiberglass cloth is used to replace the heavy steel belt in vulcanizing machines.

Due to this PTFE laminated belt can resist high temperature, has high dimensional stability & high tensile, non stick & easy release and is much cost effective than endless heavy steel belt.

2) Tabber stringer belts

Two layers laminated Teflon coated fabrics is workable for this industry, in order for increasing the lifetime of the belt, and minimum the off time in the production line. The quality of PTFE coated belt is important to the final quality of product.

Different holes in line is available for different machines, such as 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 holes in line. Which means the porosity of this belt is adjustable.

3) Food processing industry

PTFE laminated belt is workable for heavy duty industry, especially for food processing industry, since this working environment is high oil and high pressure. Which has high request of the non stick property and high tensile strength.

4) Luxury Vinly Tiles manufacturing

Laminated Teflon coated fiberglass cloth is used as release belt for flooring industry, due to the high tensile strength and excellent release surface. One upper belt and one lower belt will be used for the heat press machines.
