<p><strong>PTFE Fiberglass Fabric</strong> or PTFE self adhesive Fabrics are required to use in the process of plastic bags manufacturing. Because ESONE PTFE coated fabric can resist high welding operation temperature and offer a non stick surface, so the sealed bags can be easily released from the welding point.</p>
<p>Depending on the different process of polybag manufacturing, it may be preferred to use PTFE coated fabric as release sheet, or may require using adhesive backed PTFE coated fabric to stick into the welding part.</p>

<p>0.20mm<strong> Teflon Coated Fiberglass Fabric</strong> is using same basic material as YS9018AJ Premium series, by more PTFE content, YS9020AJ is suitable for applications in tough working environments.</p>
<p>And 0.20mm PTFE coated fiberglass Cloth can be made into Porous to meet the application&#8217;s request.</p>

<p>Now YS9020AJ is used in textile lamination both woven and non woven fabrics, garment fusing conveyor belts, curing and casting applications and so on.</p>

<p>1)  Weaved fiberglass will provide excellent mechanical strength for <strong>PTFE Fiberglass</strong>, such as tensile strength in fill or warp and tear strength. This will affect the lifetime directly, especially in working environment with high temperature and strong pressure.</p>
<p>2) High quality fiberglass will prevent Teflon Fiberglass from breakage, fall apart, tear and so on.</p>
<p>3) And the surface of the fiberglass will effect the surface of PTFE glass fiber directly, good fiberglass will result in a super smooth surface of PTFE coated fiberglass.</p>

<p>1) High quality PTFE will combine with fiberglass tightly, after laminating many times, the PTFE will still never peel from fiberglass.</p>
<p>2) Imported PTFE like Daikin and Dupont is PFOA free, which can be used to touch food directly, making into belting for food, Non stick oven liner or baking liner, Non stick BBQ mat and so on.</p>
<p>3) High quality PTFE will result in a excellent smooth surface, no defect such as crack, drape and so on. It will also reduce the pin holes on the surface. Easy release in the processing.</p>
