<p>This black Teflon coated fabric is the anti static (conductive) &amp; heat resistant &amp; Corrosion resistant solution for Insulation Jacket!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Applications of Fluorin coated series include wrapping insulation for pumps, filters, exchange, pipeline, valves, freeze protection and so on, it&#8217;s wraped outside the insulation blanket, as this fabric is anti-aging, anti-chemical and anti-environment.</p>
<p>Different color is used for different application, such as steam pipeline, oil pipeline or gas pipeline.</p>

<p>This YS9038HS fiberglass fabric is impregnated with one side high quality PTFE(Teflon).</p>
<p>The high temperature resistant, flame retardant, Non-stick PTFE(Teflon) provides improved resistance to abrasion and corrosion, flexing and tear. And fiberglass ensure the high tensile strength of this product.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>This product is used for high temperature (600°F) removable insulation jackets for valves, filter, exchanger, pump, piping, flanges and fittings.</p>

<p>The OHMS(surface resistant) per square meter of Anti static PTFE coated fabrics can be 10^7 to 10^5, which will show excellent conductive and non stick property.</p>
<p>YS9008BJ is 0.08mm thick, black color, standard width is 1m or 1.25m(1.5m can be offered, but price is different).</p>

<p><strong>Anti static Teflon Sheet</strong>&#8211; PTFE Sheet is designed for Heat Transfer Press machines, also called as PTFE cover and Teflon cover. It&#8217;s used for the upper press plate, so any impurity which will stick to the plate will be removed easily, by using this non stick sheet, the plate will be always clean.</p>

<p>Teflon cover is made of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, the fiberglass is fine weaved, then coated with high quality PTFE, which ensure the excellent Non-stick surface of this sheet.</p>
