In 2014, Jiangsu ESONE New Material Co., Ltd was established. with the objective of enhancing our production capacity. This initiative was undertaken in the Taixing Agricultural Products Processing Park.

Taixing Youngsun FL-Plastics Co., Ltd and Jiangsu ESONE New Material Co.,Ltd covers an area of more than 50000 square meters, with 100 employees. And processing from weaving, warping to coating, belting, cutting, packing, controlling the quality by monitor every process of PTFE & Silicone coated fabric production.

For heavy duty fabric, kevlar fabric, bullnose joint and so on, ESONE will use 4.2 meters wide, high speed Dornier weaving machine in order for guaranteeing the quality. For 1080, 2116, 1506, 7628 based fabric, high quality E-Glass fiber will be used.

With 16 vertical coating towers for impregnation of PTFE or Silicone, and 2 horizontal coating machines for adhesive coating or silicone coating, ESONE offers high production capacity for high performance PTFE & Silicone fabric.

Custom solution for different applications

Higher tensile strength

For applications which need high tensile strength, in order for easy release after repeated used, or resist high strength in tough working environment.
Enhance abrasion resistant property

There is some applications which need very low force of friction, or need to convey material continuously in high temperature and high pressure environment
Increase life time of liner or belt

The weight of PTFE will reduce gradually in high temperature, and the release property will be weaker along with the longer of working times. But Youngsun can offer long lasting product, in order for maximum the productivity and efficiency.
Laminated PTFE fabric & film

Due to the defect of PTFE fabric, laminated PTFE fabric & film is designed for replacing the traditional PTFE coated fabric. Multilayers laminated PTFE fabric has much higher tensile strength and dimensional stability, is the perfect solution for heavy duty belting. PTFE fabric laminated with casting film has higher tensile strength and abrasion resistance, with no pin holes on the surface, this laminating fabric will prevent oil leaking and is more flexible.
Higher dielectric constant

For electronic industry, higher dielectric constant will be requested, especially for CCL production.
