PTFE Fabric for Insulation Jacket
PTFE Fabric for Insulation Jacket is made with fluoropolymer coated glass fabrics, is designed for removable insulation jackets / covers / blankets, this fabric is UV, chemical and flame resistant, has high tensile strength and can resist heat to 600F.
Comparing to silicone fabric, PTFE fabric can resist higher temperature to 600F, has stronger chemical resistance & anti-environmental property, and has self-cleaning surface.

For oil & gas, chemical, military and many other industry which have harsh working environment, PTFE fabrics are required to be the insulation fabric for resisting high temperature, strong chemical, high pressure etc.
Since there are many pipelines are transporting different material, such as steam, natural gas, chemical liquid and so on, so PTFE fabric with DIFFERENT COLORS are needed to showing the inside material.
The standard colors are Grey, Black, Green, Blue, Red, Yellow and so on. Special colors can also be customized.
