PTFE Sheets are critical consumable components for relax dryers and compacting machines. Installed in the compacting zones or on guiding shoes, these sheets provide an ultra-low friction surface that allows knitted fabrics to glide smoothly under high pressure and heat. This prevents fabric abrasion, snagging, and dye build-up, ensuring a flawless finish.

100% Pure PTFE Sheets: Designed for modern Ferraro, Santex, and Sperotto machines, these heavy-duty sheets offer maximum longevity. The YS2150-E (which is equal to TAMIP T 00/140) boasts a massive thickness of 1500 µm and features a precision-engineered bevelled edge to ensure a seamless fabric transition without any harsh steps. The YS2100 (which is equal to TAMIP T 00/100) offers a robust 1000 µm thickness for new Santex models.
Anti-Static Solutions YS2070B (which is equal to TAMIP GT 00/70 AS): Specially developed for the “jumping device” in Santex relax dryers, this 700 µm sheet consists of fiberglass coated with PTFE that is uniquely infused with carbon. This advanced composition effectively dissipates static electricity generated during high-speed processing.
PTFE & Fibreglass Reinforced Sheets: For older machine models (e.g., Santex built before 2001, Sperotto, Lafer), we offer highly flexible yet durable options. The YS9045AK (which is equal to TAMIP KT 00/45) 450 µm utilizes a 100% Kevlar® base coated with Teflon® for superior tear resistance, while the YS9035AJ (which is equal to TAMIP GT 00/35) 350 µm and YS9025AJ (which is equal to GT 00/25) 250 µm utilize a fiberglass base for excellent adaptability and heat transfer.
