PTFE cast film laminated fabrics

PTFE cast film laminated fabrics combine the features of multi-layer fluoropolymer cast film with the mechanical properties of PTFE coated fabric. This laminated product has a no pin holes(micropore) PTFE surface with excellent barrier properties and provide outstanding performance in applications with severe thermal cycling. In the most demanding applications, especially in the food and chemical processing industries, PTFE cast film laminated fabrics are increasingly replacing traditional PTFE coated fabrics due to superior performance in terms of surface smoothness and release properties, chemical resistance, ease of cleaning, and increased productivity.
