Anti static Teflon Sheet– PTFE Sheet is designed for Heat Transfer Press machines, also called as PTFE cover and Teflon cover. It’s used for the upper press plate, so any impurity which will stick to the plate will be removed easily, by using this non stick sheet, the plate will be always clean.

Teflon cover is made of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, the fiberglass is fine weaved, then coated with high quality PTFE, which ensure the excellent Non-stick surface of this sheet.

PTFE cover can resist heat up to 260 degrees, and can be made into Anti-static surface to prevent electrostatic.

Why use PTFE cover for Heat and Press machine

Heat and Press machine could be used for Shirt, Jeans, sneaker, dress, suits, coat, jackets and many other cloths, it’s used as heat transfer printing or heat sealing.

And as PTFE cover is Non-stick and can resist heat & pressure, so it is the perfect Non-stick solution for Heat and press machines.

Teflon Pillow has Heat resistant sponge inside, and sewed by Heat resist thread.
