PTFE Fabric(release sheet) is also named as PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, the basic fabric is high quality E-Glass fiber, and coated with high quality PTFE content, result in a better smooth, easy release and Non stick surface.
PTFE coated Fabric Premium Series
High quality PTFE coating ensures PTFE Fabric has non stick (easy release) surface to almost all the chemicals, and heat resistant (continuous working under 260 degrees, maximum 327 degrees), high tensile strength as PTFE combined with fiberglass tightly, and E-glass has mechanical property, so Teflon fabric is widely used in many different application which need high performance PTFE Fabric.

Release sheet is made of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric with pressure sensitive silicone adhesive. This tape is used a lot in packing( heat sealing, shrink wrapping) as a heat resistant release surface.
