Porous Teflon Fabrics, high porosity and enough PTFE content
Porous Teflon Fabrics coated fiberglass with lower levels of PTFE(Teflon)(Polytetrafluoroethylene), which makes it has a high porosity and non stick property.
This Porous PTFE fabrics is used in different applications which need air through the fabric under pressure (air circulation for drying and curing processes), normal applications including casting sheets for uncured elastomers, vacuum bag bleeder cloth for composite molding in the manufacturing of composite aircraft components, release sheet in flooring industry or grind wheels and so on.
Different from PTFE fabric premium series, Porous Teflon Fabrics is more flexible, much stronger and can be wrapped around curved shapes.
Porous Teflon Fabrics
By controlling the quality, Youngsun offering Porous PTFE fabrics series with balanced PTFE content and porosity property.
With high porous surface, this Porous Teflon Fabrics can allow air through the Teflon fabric during the production such as vacuum bag bleeder system, PVC flooring, which allow products to cure and out gas through fabric.
At the same time, PTFE content will make sure the easy release and high tensile strength property. Youngsun will balance these two properties by controlling the PTFE content.
Applications of Porous Teflon coated fabrics
Because of their porous property, these PTFE fabrics is irreplaceable for using in a wide range of applications, from the manufacture of polymers to a release medium for composite molding process.
Applications of YS9010P Porous Teflon Fabrics:
★ Aerospace, Communications & Milltary, Composite mold release in vacuum bag, or use as release sheets for fabricating glass-resin structures.
★ Polymer Processing: Manufacture of silicone rubber sheets, Curing rubber and plastic foams and sponge.
★ Insulation and protection.
★ Seperation materials.
★ Drying painted or lacquered products.
★ Release sheet for heat sealing machines
