Why these PTFE fabric is stronger than normal fabric, is it using different material?

Yes, we are using stronger fiberglass yarn for stronger tensile strength, and special PTFE formula also.
This PTFE tear resistant fabric is designed for aerospace, packaging, tortilla industry and so on, and this fabric can be used as reinforcement for belt or sheet.
