Teflon coated glass industrial series, good release and cost effective.

Teflon Coated Glass combines the excellent mechanical properties of woven fiberglass fabric with nonstick properties of Teflon(PTFE)(Polytetrafluoroethylene).

The woven pattern of glassfiber fabric ensures the tensile strength and tear strength, while PTFE coating guarantees its non stick(easy release), chemical & UV & heat resistant characteristics.

Teflon coated Glass Industrial series YS9010A

Porous PTFE Sheet has a high porosity than most Teflon coated fabrics, and this line combines fiberglass with lower levels of Teflon coating.

Industrial Series PTFE cloth, which is also made of E-glass fiber, but is coated with medium level of PTFE content. This series fabric offering a good release property and cost effective price.

The thickness of YS9010A is 0.10mm, and this thickness has three weight, it is 140g/m2, 170g/m2 and 190g/m2.

The porosity of 140g/m2 is 20 – 60 cfm, it’s part of Teflon fiberglass Porous Series, others belongs to Teflon Coated Glass Industrial series.

All three sizes is sold by kilogram.

Applications of PTFE cloth Industrial series YS9010A

YS9010P(140g/m2) can allow air pass through the fabric under pressure, the normal application including release sheet for plastic bag manufacturing, polybag sealing machines, heat shrink industry, insulation liner, non stick oven liners or baking liners and so on.

YS9010A-1(170g/m2), YS9010A-2(190g/m2) is also selling into heat sealing, heat insulation, release sheet for heat press machines, non stick sheets for laminating, woven or non woven textile lamination, non stick baking sheet or tray liners etc.

YS9010A can be cut into any width and any length, according to the needs of the equipment. The normal color is brown or white, and it can be coated with silicone PSA or acrylic adhesive on the back.
