Teflon Sheet Adhesive YS7030AJ, long-lasting PTFE adhesive fabrics

Teflon Sheet Adhesive YS7030AJ, with 0.35mm total thickness, has an easy release and long-lasting performance. The basic material is YS9030AJ, which has an excellent release surface and high mechanical strength, and the silicone pressure adhesive on the back is heat resistant and long-lasting.

Teflon adhesive fabric has a yellow PVC liner on the back, which can protect the adhesive surface and ease distinction and use.

Any width or length can be cut according to the applications, such as heat sealer machines, covering elements, impulse wires, L-Bar sealers, Wire wrap insulation, and harness protection.

Self-adhesive Teflon fabric is made from PTFE Fiberglass with heat resistant adhesive, like silicone PSA or acrylic adhesive, that allow for easy release, superior mechanical strength, long lifetime, and dimensional stability.

Tear Resistant Teflon Coated Tape

PTFE coated tape with silicone PSA is the best solution for high request applications, which have requirements for continuous and efficient processing, excellent bonding strength, and long-lasting performance at high temperatures (up to 500˚F / 260˚C).

We can also supply short widths of 1″, 2″, etc width without release paper.

Just use it as normal adhesive tape.

  Hi Dinesh, the raw material width(PTFE adhesive tape) is 1000mm, 1200mm or 1250mm, and ESONE can slit it into any width and any length. Such as 12mm*10m, 25mm*10m, 50mm*10m and so on.
  It can be with or without PVC liner.
